Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

This is a wonderful, just renovated in 2024 cottage in the gorgeous Soca Valley, located on a private sunny area, a few meters from the Soca River. The house offers 2 double bedrooms and a large quality sofa bed. Lots of outdoor garden and sitting areas. BBQ. The cottage was renovated an finished in June 2024 and offers high end living and quality furnishings, linens and amenities. The kitchen has everything you need for dining as well as a large dining table for 6. Wifi and a smart TV.

Positive sport apartments are located in a quiet neibourhood, just 5 minutes walk from the center of Kobarid. The house includes two new apartments for four people. Each apartment have two bedrooms, equipped kitchen, sofa, wifi and TV. Beside beautiful nature we can also offer you some adrenaline watersport activities like rafting and kayaking on Soča river or canyoning. We also rent hardtail and full suspension bikes and e-bikes. Mini house surrounded by greenery at the Valbruna mini golf. The cottage is the second on a small hill. Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

A comfortable couch is featured in a bright living space, accompanied by a decorative pillow displaying an owl design. A framed art piece adorns the wall in the background, while a wooden staircase leads to the upper level, enhancing the home's inviting layout.
