The former stable was converted into a charming home a good 30 years ago and renovated and newly furnished a few months ago with a lot of love for detail. The beautiful wood paneling gives the house a homely charm. A small paradise where you can relax and unwind. Far away from the hustle and bustle and yet very central.

Lucerne at your feet, the Rigi opposite, the Pilatus just above, the hiking trail right behind the garden - that's how we live! We have a great view, but also about 70 steps to the studio. In addition, our studio is quietly located on the edge of Kriens. By public transport, it is a bit difficult to get to us or to the city. If steps and edge location do not bother you, you will certainly feel comfortable in our cozy studio.

You live in a lovely furnished apartment with antiques from the 19th century, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a modern bathroom and a comfortable queen size bed (160x200cm). There is a splendid view on Mount Pilatus, the Alps and the whole valley. Despite the stunning nature nearby, you reach the city of Lucerne or the valley station of Mt Pilatus within a short bus ride.

By car, you can reach the center of Stans in 5 minutes and Lucerne or the mountains for skiing or hiking in less than 20 minutes.

Enjoy idyllic life in central Switzerland. Lake Lucerne is a few minutes' walk away and the famous Bürgenstock is right outside the front door. The beautiful ski and hiking area Klewenalp can be reached in just 15 minutes by bus. Other ski resorts (e.g. Engelberg, Melchsee-Frutt) are a short drive away. Easy connection by bus/train to Lucerne.

Cozy Two-Bedroom apartment in Stans

5 minutes (on foot) from the train station is our typical Swiss Chalet. We live on the first floor, the available apartment (with own kitchen) is the whole second floor. The Stanserhorn mountain with its famous CabriO cable-car is 10 foot-minutes away. There are more beds in the attic, so 10 persons as a maximum is possible.
