In the garage area two additional queen size beds drop down with the press of a button. For day or night time views keep the garage door open and enjoy the scenic delta views.

Close to Modesto with its hospitals, entertainment centers, and business activity. Get off the road, give yourself a good rest, and walk around.

You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. Please note you must have a place to have this trailer parked. I do not have a place to park it for your usage so you must have a place to park it. I will be happy to deliver it with a fee per mile in California! :) The bedroom mattress is a queen size and very comfortable. The couch folds out to a bed. Full kitchen and bathroom. If another sleeping space is needed I have a comfortable fold up bed cot available for a small fee.

Close by, but not too close, is the Columbia Airport, Columbia College, live theater, shops, schools and restaurants. 1 1/2 hours from Yosemite National Park. 30 mins from Ironstone Vineyard in Murphys. 1 hour from Pinecrest Lake and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort.

It is cozy and includes everything that you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed, a dinette, Netflix TV, bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, stove and Heater/AC. Pet and smoking are not allowed.
