You live in a small Tyrolean wooden house (26 sqm), in a quiet location, surrounded by forest. It consists of a living room/bedroom with a large bed (180x200), a small kitchen and a balcony. You can start hiking trails, mountain or bike tours directly from the house. You can charge your e-bike in the garage. In winter there is a cross-country ski trail on the plateau, and the ski areas are about 20 km away. Shops, a bank and a pharmacy are within 2 km. The hosts live in the house next door.

Auf ca. 150m^2 Wohnfläche stehen euch 3 Schlafzimmer, 1.5 Badezimmer, Wohnzimmer und Küche zur freien Verfügung. Im Preis inbegriffen sind Autoabstellplätze direkt am Grundstück, WLAN, TV, Sauna und die alleinige Nutzung des Gartens. Familien und stubenreine Hunde sind herzlich willkommen!

Hier mitten in den Alpen und des Naturschutzgebietes Natura 2000 genießen Sie die Ruhe und Erholung mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Berge und auf einen idyllischen See. The next ski resort is just a 20-minute drive away and within 40-45 minutes you can reach world-class resorts such as Soelden or St Anton.
