Really close to the house you can find a bakery, coffee shops, and restaurants. There are four sandy beaches within walking distance from the apartment that you can visit also the windy days this bays is ideal for families with children.

Η ανατολή του ήλιου χτυπάει πρωί πρωί την αυλή και τα παράθυρα του σπιτιού και το λούζει με φως. 20 λεπτα από το φαράγγι της Σαμαριάς, 30 λεπτά από τα Χανιά και 60 λεπτά για τη Σούγια στο Λιβυκό Πέλαγος και 10 λεπτά από το πλησιέστερο σούπερμαρκετ.

In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

With great zeal and respect to our guests, we created a pleasant accommodation space with all the necessary conveniences. The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.
