Ställbergs Rökeri, where you can buy locally produced rapeseed oil, honey and smoked fish. About 20 minutes away there is a smaller ski resort, Fjällberget. 1 hour to Romme! 10 minutes by car to Djäken's swimming area with sandy beach.

Approximately 40-minute drive to Säfsen's popular year-round facility, approximately 1-hour drive to Romme Alpin and 20 minutes to Fjällberget. FredrikLars farm by Nordmarksbergs Herrgård

FredrikLars-gården adjacent to Nordmarksbergs Herrgård: 19th century or older. In this farm, the great inventor John Ericsson's grandfather Nils (b. 1747 – 1790) has lived. On a rock in the grounds of the farm, there should be a curtain with the name of Nils. Picture of this stone can be found in Värmlandsarkiv's photo archive on a picture from 1955 (photo Lennart Thelander, pictures SEVA_11229_36 and SEVA_11230-1), but has not been found in the present day. It's probably hidden by mortar that's been covered over the rocks.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home in the middle of beautiful Bergslagen. Experience a completely unique Swedish nature with amazing forests, wonderful Kindla Nature Reserve, Slotterbergsgruvorna, Hjulsjö Mountainbike center and much more onto the corner. This wonderful area is unique at all times of the year. The house has a nice plot suitable for all kinds of activities and it is a minute from the house to the lake with a swimming area. In season, the forests are full of mushrooms and berries.

Welcome to Löa and Hyttnäs Gård! A cozy accommodation in our converted barn and barn apartment, just enough for 2-4 persons. Löa is a small village in Bergslagen, which offers beautiful environment and the nature around the corner. Water, swimming and fishing are located about 1 km from the apartment. The forest is located directly outside. Marked hiking trails are available for both big and small. Playground for the kids is available at the nearby village school. Grocery shopping is about 1 mile away.

Lillstugan - the cosy cottage on the countryside

"Lillstugan" is a cosy cottage in the middle of Sweden. It is located just beside our main house and is integrated in our farm, which is situated in the middle of a nice little village called Löa. We are surrounded by fields and forests, nature is just outside. Lush environments around the streams, deep forests, meadows, fields, grazing animals and lakes mean that the bird life is rich (approx. 145 species seen by us) It is a fully functional cottage and mainly for up to a small family.

The little red house is about 90m away from of the Spannsjö, on which's shores my farm is the only real estate.Your little red house has everything you need, no matter the season: sleeping room with 4beds, living room, bathroom, fully functional kitchen and your own washing machine.Wifi is in the house.

In winter, there are good opportunities for skiing, both in the tracks and downhill. Romme alpine is 30 min away. Summer time there is possibility for fishing in Övre Hillen. Fish from the jetty or rent our plastic boat with electric motor (SEK 150/half day 8-12, 12-16). Fishing license 50kr/ day.
