Unser Haus befindet sich in Antholz Obertal abseits des Dorfes in ruhiger und sonniger Lage. Wir sind umgeben von Wiesen und Wäldern, die Sie zur Erholung einladen. Im Sommer ist unser Haus ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für unsere bewirtschafteten Almen und unsere schöne Bergwelt. Im Winter können Sie die perfekt präparierten Pisten in unserem Biathlonzentrum und auf dem schönen Skigebiet Kronplatz nutzen. Außerdem befinden sich auch noch zwei Rodelbahnen zu bewirtschafteten Hütten im Antholzertal.

Appartamento mansardato quasi interamente rivestito di legno antico e arredato in modo tradizionale. l punti di forza dell’appartamento sono lo spazioso balcone rivolto a est con vista su Santa Maddalena, per godersi il sole del mattino davanti a una bella colazione e regalarsi momenti di relax, e la nuovissima sauna privata in legno di cirmolo. Soggiornando nel nostro maso avrete inoltre la possibilità di acquistare prodotti agricoli di nostra produzione come il miele e le erbe aromatiche.

Una mansarda, all’interno di un fienile seicentesco, affacciata sulle montagne e ristrutturata nel 2023 con legni antichi e pietre locali. L’appartamento si compone di una zona pranzo con cucina attrezzata, oltre ad un grande soggiorno con camino e ampio divano-letto, un comodo bagno con doccia ed un “rifugio” con due ulteriori posti letto. The hiking and skiing paradise Speikboden is just a 5-minute drive from the accommodation. The beautiful alpine-style apartment features a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and thus accommodates 4 people. It is built into the slope: the entrance is on the ground floor and the apartment extends from -1 to 1 (3 floors).

Der Skibus ins Zillertal hält ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Mit dem PKW benötigen Sie ca. 10 Minuten zum nächstgelegenen Lift. Ein frei zugänglicher Skikeller befindet sich mit im Haus.
