Apartmán je v přízemí RD kompletně vybavený s klimatizací a jedním parkovacím místem ve dvoře. Do centra Mikulova půjdete 10 min. a do obchodu 2 min. Před apartmánem je venkovní posezení ve stínu. Můžete si u nás uschovat vlastní kola nebo vám půjčíme naše za poplatek. Máte u nás možnost ochutnat i zakoupit vynikající vína z okolí. Uvítáme vás a poradíme vám se vším co budete potřebovat. Our pretty townhouse with its small mediterranean-style courtyard is situated in a small lane in the centre of Laa a. d. Thaya. The popular thermal spa is within walking distance of about 11 min. The place offers the ideal basis for a relaxed thermal spa holiday, for trips to the idyllic wine villages of the area, like e.g. Falkenstein, to cultural or culinary festivities or for bicycle tours through the lovely landscape of the Weinviertel or for a visit of the beautiful Nationalpark Thayatal.

Pred pár rokmi sme kúpili pozemok so starým domčekom v Skalici.Domček sme postupne zbúrali a postavili sme novostavbu so zachovaním pôvodného rázu. Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.
