It consists of a large entrance hall with storage, two bedrooms (one with a loggia), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a large living room incorporating a lounge, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, with garden furniture and dining area, offers a splendid sea view.

Ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean and discovering the Côte d'Azur: Antibes, Cannes, Nice, St Paul de Vence, Monaco, St Jean Cap Ferrat, Grasse, Lérins Islands… To see in Cagnes-sur-Mer: the racecourse, the Renoir Museum, the medieval village of Haut-de-Cagnes. The tourist office, located 900 m away, can offer you multiple activities.

My apartment is at the foot of tram line 2 (Fabron stop), 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the center (Avenue Jean Médecin). Public bikes are found in front of the residence. At the foot of the accommodation: supermarket, bakery, beach 80 meters away. The kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The large terrace allows you to enjoy the sun all year round! Finally, there is free parking about 500 meters from the apartment. The cat moved out😁.

This exceptional apartment is located on the 4th floor of an apartment building on the Promenade des Anglais, i.e. literally just a few steps from the beach.
