Private vintage studio for ONE person. On the 2nd floor with a narrow/steep enclosed stairway in a 4-unit house. Ours is an IMPROVING neighborhood but is still a work in progress! Houses are very old and some are still in rough shape. It is often quiet but with unpredictable urban sounds: music coming from cars, people socializing outdoors, sirens from the nearby hospital and fire station, children playing, nearby traffic.
