The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

A rustic stone house features wooden shutters and a porch shaded by creeping vines. An outdoor dining table is set beneath a large tree, and rolling hills adorned with olive trees can be seen in the background, contributing to the serene landscape.
