This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. The harbor, train station, bus station, stadium, palace and the beaches are located not far from the accommodation. "Pazar" - the old daily market place is 7- 10 minutes walk. Fresh fruits, vegetables and other food, plus supermarkets, pharmacies and bakeries are there. You can easily make a daily trip to the islands, or some other near-by towns.
