The holiday house is situated at a quiet location on the edge of the forest on the sunny hill above Seeboden, with direct access to the great network of hiking and cycling trails. The quiet location is ideal for relaxing and as starting point for summer and winter activities. We offer free: entry to the lidos and indoor pool in Spittal, 2 e-bikes, invitation for sailing.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. 3 Fantastic vacation home in prime location

Our 85 m² vacation home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the first floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with its own shower room on the second floor. Our vacation home was built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/satellite is available in each room. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Internet access via Wi-Fi is a matter of course.

A modern kitchen features sleek grey cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. Natural light enters through a large window, offering views of the surrounding greenery. A small table and kettle are positioned in the corner, providing functional space for meal preparation.
