Every detail of this apartment is designed to offer you comfort and tranquility after a day spent discovering the wonders of Venice among its streets. Cleanliness, location and hospitality are my priorities. Just a 2-minute walk from the tram and bus, a 10-minute walk from the train station, and a 10-minute bus ride to Venice. The direct shuttle to the airport also stops here, a rarity in the city. Below the house you will find shops and services open until late in the evening for every convenience.

This is a fully-equipped mini-apartment. There is a kitchen/living-room area and a small balcony. The bedroom is spacious with en-suite bathroom, new double bed, large wardrobe, and sofa. transport to Venice and the Mestre train station is very close. My prices are based on persons per night because I hate to penalize single travellers so please book for the right number of people. We have self check-in but if you prefer to mee a person to show your document you have to pay an extra service.

A pochi passi dall'appartamento troverete tutto ciò di cui potreste aver bisogno: un supermercato, una pasticceria, una pizzeria, una farmacia e una biglietteria per i bus.

An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

It is easy to come here from the "Marco Polo" airport and "Venezia Mestre" train station. 250 m away from the bus stop, you can easily reach the historic center of Venice, Padua, the Venetian lagoon, Jesolo and Cavallino beaches, the Riviera del Brenta. Ground floor, no steps, large garden, two parking spaces in the private courtyard, just by the front door.

If you come alone, ask for a special price! It is located in the most beautiful area of Venice - Mestre, Carpenedo. It takes 26 minutes by a direct tram to get to the downtown Venice from here. There is a typical Venetian mask of the sun embracing the moon in the bedroom, that´s why we called the place Sun&Moon. :)

L 'Motorway is 2 km away, Padova in 30 minutes, Treviso, Gardaland by train. And 'suitable for couples, lone adventurers, business travelers and families (with children)
