We offer you a cozy fully equipped apartment with own kitchen in the ground floor of our House which is located in the beautiful village of Leobendorf very close to Vienna. It has a private entry trough the garden. The public transport is just 15 minutes away and it just takes another 20 minutes with the train to the city center. Leobendorf it self also offers a lot of beautiful places, for example the castle Kreuzenstein, which you can explore walking.

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.

Our house is located in the heart of St. Andrä-Wördern, on the edge of the Vienna Woods, in the immediate vicinity of the Danube Cycle Path, the city of Vienna, Tulln and Krems with the wonderful Wachau. Very well connected to public transport such as train and bus. Bathing lake and hiking opportunities on foot or by bike are easily accessible. Family and pet friendly.
