Uber-clean and free from clutter, everything looks & feels fresh for each stay. The kitchen, carpets, paintwork, doors, windows and VELUX roof-lights have been replaced or updated recently. Located with a parking space in a secure, gated courtyard just moments from the town centre of Princes Risborough.

Wheeler End is a small village in The Chilterns built around a large common. There is a friendly local pub, The Chequers and Lane End, less than mile away has local amenities, including a well stocked Londis, a newsagents, excellent farm shop, gastro-pub, Indian and Chinese takeaways, hair dressers etc.

Relax in the beautiful Chilterns in a comfortable self contained suite with En-suite shower, dining area, 40" Smart TV, fridge. Pub 15 minute stroll away. Nearby towns of Chesham & Amersham have transport links into London and offer a host of restaurants and shops. The Chilterns AONB is well renowned among walkers. We are convenient for The Harry Potter studios (20 min drive) The property is self contained and totally separate from the owner's house so you can come and go as you please.

Light and airy, the space has been renovated to Scandinavian-style with luxury touches. The area offers lovely walks, great restaurants and cosy country pubs (nearest 5 min walk). If you come by train from London, we are walking distance from the station (as well as supermarkets).

Quiet beautiful village

Independent private unit with private facility next to main house. I will be available if wanted. Very small, especially for two but manageable, hence the price, ( I try to keep the price as long as I can ), but very pretty, very comfortable bed for two, and good Wifi and good shower, a big fridge in the garage for your foods, beer or wine. You will not see me unless you want to!!!?. It is not a luxurious cottage. The Crown and Inn at Emmington there.

This is our lovely end-terraced Edwardian house where you can enjoy country walks in the Chilterns, go for bike rides, or have a BBQ in the beautiful garden. The house is just a short walk from the train station in the medieval market town of Princes Risborough. We have private parking for one car and bicycles are available for the guests to use. The house is ideal for max 4 grown-ups, your pet can be brought on request.
