Just 2 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the historic center (restaurants, museums, bars), you can easily enjoy the attractiveness of the city and the comfort of the apartment. Premium bedding, nice shower, Netflix, Amazon Prime, equipped kitchen, coffee, tea, linens, towels, everything is provided. Just come and drop off your luggage. Quiet studio, shared pool and secure parking

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This pretty studio is located between the St Cybard and Les Planes neighborhoods, ideally located a 5-minute drive from downtown Angouleme and 2.7 km from the train station and close to the RN10. Bus access is a 3-minute walk away. The entrance to the studio is independent via a secure electric sliding gate with a Pass. The studio is located in an annex building to our main house.

Very peaceful neigbourhood close to Angoulême. Garden of 4000sqm with a little forest with oak trees. Covered parking space available. 3km from Angoulême and around 7 minutes from it's city center. The center of Puymoyen is about 400m away and you will find there small shops and a bus station. Direct access to the "vallée des eaux claires" and multiple hiking spots.
