A recently renovated 5 bedroom house, only a 2 minute walk from Seagrove beach down a hill and a 15 minute walk from Seaview village where you will find a great community shop, coffee shop, deli (incredible ice creams), gallery and wine bar, as well as a fantastic pub called The Old Fort. Perfect for families and friends to enjoy all year round. With 4 double bedrooms and an attic with 4 single beds, it has plenty of space for groups of up to 12 to enjoy (8 adults and 4 children/teens).

Sleeping 8, in four bedrooms (three doubles and one twin), and with a well-proportioned drawing room, dining room, playroom/study and a kitchen, the house is perfect either for holidays or remote working. From the back garden gate the beach is only 300m down the lanes, for walks and swims, crabbing and bbqs.
