Thoroughly enjoy our Charming and Warm Studio as it will transport you the southern France countryside while being based in the very heart of the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Romantic and flirtatious in style, this flat is pampered at every corner with rustic wood details, soft and pastel tones. Few other flats could more centrally located flat than this one! Don't miss out on staying at one of only six unique 'El Alma de Las Ramblas' flats, all of them located in a recently renovated historical 19th century building. We are three friends who decided to embark on this project to refurbished 6 apartments in a same building located right off of arguably Barcelona´s most emblematic street: Las Ramblas. It was important to us to turn these apartments into cozy and functional living spaces for our guests. We chose the new beds, beddings, sofas, dining tables and chairs, lamps, kitchenware and small appliances with great care and consideration. We believe we were successful in creating an pleasant space in each of the flats- and we hope you will also agree after having spent time there. Guests have access to the entire studio. We respect the privacy of our guests and yet also would be available to provide any assistance possible that would make our guests´ stay a confortable and an enjoyable one. The area is known for its myriad activities and abundant pedestrians who have come to stroll, shop and dine in the city's most dynamic street. This apartment is as central as central can be! You will be able to walk* to many worthwhile sites: 1. La Boquería Market: 4 minute walk 2. Picasso Museum: 13 minute walk 3. La Pedrera: 22 minute walk 4. La Sagrada Familia: 42 minute walk 5. La Barceloneta (former fishermen´s neighborhood by BCN´s port): 25 minute walk 6. The beach: 30 minute walk. For a seaside view or stroll (15 mins walk) 7. Shortly after the confirmation of your reservation, we will write to you to collect the "tourist tax" that is obligatory and established by the Generalitat de Catalunya. La Concha Bay Suite has 110 square meters, and it is composed of a double room, bathroom and a big living room with terrace (there's no kitchen, but all the necessary utilities to heat cooked meals and have breakfast: you'll find a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine and a boiler in the living room). The entrance is shared with a private apartment, but both are totally independent from each another. The views are breathtaking, La Concha beach is just in front of you, you can see Santa Clara Island, Urgull Mountain and Ulia Mountain. If you are a food lover, the best restaurants and tapas bars are 5-10 minutes on foot. La Perla Spa, one of the best spa centers in Europe, is just 5 min away, you can relax, exercise at the gym or have a massage there. The Suite is composed of a bedroom, a big living room and a bathroom fully equipped I will be next door and would be delighted to help you during your stay in San Sebastian!
