Remarkable 17th-Century House with a Terrace Lap Pool

Revel in the otherworldly ambiance of this remodeled 17th-century home eclectically adorned with antique furnishings, whimsical decor, and magical curios. Guests are welcome to use the owner's 12-meter-lap-pool, shared with his 3 other rentals, situated in his unique calm closed magic garden. The entrance from the street leads you through a closed stone walled sunny patio with a table and chairs for outside eating, as well as 2 sun-loungers into the bright colourful open well equipped kitchen integrated in the dining room, all with a cheery, vintage vibe. (The patio is also used by the other guests as a right of passage to access their apartment and the shared lap pool.) From there a spiral wood staircase leads you up to the bedroom with wood floors and a fireplace, a terrace with a great view over to the windmill, the top point of the village and an antique romantic outside bathtub. The night sky full of stars is famous in the Provence, if you’re lucky you catch a full moon. The toilet is located on the same level as the kitchen/dining room and is separated from the shower which you find on the level below in the basement, tiled in sea green Moroccan zelliges. You also find your own washing machine for clothes in the basement. The character of the house, the architecture as well as the interior decoration is full of original antiques and vintage pieces, carefully selected by the owner and has an absolute unique handwriting. It will appeal to everyone who loves an aesthetically unique and novel experience. Parking: You can unload your baggage at the house and park you car free of charge a one minute's walk away on the convenient public parking of the village. Linen, Pool Towels: all included Information about Goult and the Area: At the heart of the „Triangle D’Or“, Goult makes an ideal base for exploring the many surrounding villages, as well as larger towns such as Avignon, Aix-en- Provence and Marseille, all within 15 mins to 1hr30mins' drive away. All amenities, restaurants, bar, coffee places, the famous 'Cafe de la poste‘, groceries, bakery, butcher, fromagerie, market on thursday with regional products, as well as a couple of little shops with local handmade art, regional products and antiques are all one-minute’s walk away to be explored. Walks up to the windmill, the castle, the church through the little peaceful winding streets of the village as well as gorgeous walks directly from the village into the beautiful nature, eg. natural terrasses, views, lavender fields and partly through light forests are highly recommended. Electronic bicycles are possible to be rented in Coustellet or Apt to discover the surrounding area. Additionally you can visit the owners 'Borie‘, an original habitation by the rural population of the region in the ancient times, where you can have your picnic. Covers to sit on are lent by the owner for that occasion. The 'Borie‘ is a 5 mins walk away. Guests are welcome to use the owner’s 12-meter lap-pool, situated in the quiet and secluded magic adjoining owner's garden. This absolutely unique garden will offer you an exceptional memorable souvenir, welcoming you to use all amenities available such as 2 relaxing lay matts surrounded by trees to cover you with the necessary shadow, a daybed hidden in a vaulted corner by the pool as well as a rocking chair with a shower in another vaulted alcove by the pool. There are little terraces to be wandered around and a table with chairs to have your meal in that paradise. I live next-door, and are happy to answer your questions and offer suggestions if needed. Goult is known by the locals as the hidden village of the Luberon and is appreciated for its pleasant, authentic atmosphere. There are several charming restaurants in the heart of the village, as well as the lively Café de la Poste on the main square. You can unload your baggage at the house and park you car free of charge a one minute walk away on the convenient public parking of the village. GOOD TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR TRIP TO GOULT A 2 days stay at Goult is a minimum, ideal would be 4 days or more. Reservations at the restaurants in Goult and the Luberon are necessary. Bohemian Dreams at a Plant-filled Design Loft near the Beach

The loft was here before we moved in. It is one of the oldest buildings in Poblenou. The apartment was transformed into a big open space that includes a kitchen, a dining area, a sofa, a TV, an office space, and the bedroom. The place is in the ground floor, so it is accessible by disabled people and family with a child. We enjoy the afternoon sun and the mornings. We have sun shining into the entrance and the terrace. We've kept a lot of the industrial fittings in the space, and a lot of the furniture we've implemented follows this industrial design. One should not forget that it used to be an industrial space until earlier this year, and it's not a conventional apartment. It's one big open space, and the guest room is separated. Guests will have full access to the apartment. The accommodation includes a big open kitchen, dining area, sofa and TV area, bathroom, bedroom, terrace and plenty of space. We are usually available and love to interact with our guests. However, there are moments in which we are not available to our guests because we have our own plans. We also respect the fact that you may have plans, and don't have time to interact with us. However, we would like to enjoy a meal together at least, either a brunch or an evening snack. Our neighborhood is a vibrant, and up and coming area of Barcelona, it's a maximum 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the yellow Metro line crosses just straight outside the apartment. You need to remember the Selva de Mar stop. Around the block, there are some small restaurants and bars, there is a big supermarket called Mercadona for late night snack shopping (until 9:15 pm) or in Diagonal shopping center (until 10:00 pm). Or if you need to buy red wine for dinner. If you walk another two blocks to the South you'll find the Rambla del Poblenou, that is a pedestrian street and has numerous bars and restaurants of different quality. The Rambla Poblenou is straight all the way from Diagonal to the beach. If you like to eat tapas we can recommend you a restaurant that it is called La Tertulia in La Rambla del Poblenou or the another option is Bitacoras Restaurant near to the Rambla. If you like to eat Mexican food, “Los chilis” in La Rambla del Poblenou is a very good choice. But if you´re vegan or vegetarian, there is a vegan restaurant in front of the apartment, inside the Factory/Garden (Palo Alto) which opens Monday to Saturday. The last recommendation is “El Traspaso” which is in the corner and it is good option for the night:) You can end the night with a good cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The metro yellow line runs opposite to the beach, 5 minutes walk distance and the metro station you should look for is Selva de Mar. One thing to remember is that we are having our business registered in the space, we are freelancers, and work from home, but if someone asks, you are simply friends visiting us. Poblenou is a vibrant, up-and-coming area, with small cafes, art studios, and a pedestrian street with many restaurants and bars. The beach is just five minutes' walk away, and the yellow Metro line crosses right outside the apartment.

With its antique furnishings, modern fittings and a children’s bedroom with toys, this apartment hums with eclectic warmth! Located in the heart of Milan, the apartment is 300meters from the Central Railway Station and near Milan's fashion district (Corso Buenos Aires). The area features well-connected and efficient public transportation (subway line M1, M2, M3, tram n1, trolleybus lines 90, 91 - routes to all major areas). There is one double room and another equipped with three beds. Nursery beds and cribs are available upon request. A few years ago the apartment was fully renovated with luxurious finishes: a parquet floor was recently set and slate tile flooring was added in the restroom. The apartment offers antique furniture which are complemented with modern pieces of furniture that show great attention to detail. The living room is equipped with TV, free WiFi internet (100 Mb per second, optic wireless internet connection - Fastweb) and Mitsubishi Air Conditioning. The living room opens to a balcony with two chairs and a small table. The kitchen comes equipped with dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, citrus-fruit squeezer and toaster. Guests have access to the entire apartment with full use of the bedsheets, towels, hygiene products and fully furnished kitchen. There are many children's toys available (age 0-5) for your child’s entertainment. A baby changing unit, one highchair, kids cartoons DVD’s, all you may need to prepare your homemade baby food is included. Vintage Concept Flat in Chic Neighbourhood

Newly renovated industrial vintage apartment ideally located in the Eixample Derecha district also known as the "Golden Triangle" of Barcelona, on a 5 min’ walking distance from Passeig de Gracia and Sagrada Famila with fancy bars, restaurants & shops. Decorated with original vintage furniture and pieces of art. The apartment has been recently renovated (April 2014) and we were keen in maintaining all the original details of 1930 like the high brick vaulted ceilings and typical Barcelona tile floors. We decorated it putting all our love and dedication into it. The apartment has original vintage furniture from all over Europe (mainly from the late fifties) and art pieces from local and international artists. The neighborhood has plenty of " chic" or more local restaurants, fancy bars and grocery stores. The location is a must as it is 5 min walk from the famous Gaudi House "La Pedrera (Casa Mila)" and Passeig the Gracia with all its luxury stores. The Sagrada Familia is 4 blocks away and can be easily reached by foot. The apartment has been used by several production houses to shoot commercials. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the utensils you may need to cook. It has also a build in extra large washing machine. The apartment has a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter coffee machine. Luxury linen and towels are provided including organic bathing products (i.e. moisturizing shampoo, moisturizing shower gel, body lotion, facial cleanser, and soap). Baby chairs and baby beds can be provided upon request. A cleaning and cooking service can be offered during your stay as well as a taxi service to and from the airport. Retreat to a tranquil living space in the heart of Italy’s fashion capital after exploring the sights. A rustic wood beam ceiling and stunning exposed brick arches add a timeless touch of warmth and solidity to this newly renovated studio flat. Very bright and with a nice terrace with views.
