The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a truly wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house at DR1 (2014). The well-furnished 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceiling fits perfectly for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. All year round, bathe in "Svenskerhullet” ml. Roneklint and the small fine island of Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

Fantastic 180 ˚ sea view, one hour drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, this cozy cottage is located. Here you will return to the great-grandmother's summerhouse from 1971. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Bøgestrømmen. In the summerhouse there is a fiber connection so you can be surfed/streamed from the grid. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town.
