Our coach house is 10 minutes from Bath city centre with its world heritage sites and high quality entertainment, cuisine and shopping. It's a detached building in the garden of our property. Great location, perfect for exploring Bath and surrounding countryside. 2 very comfortable ensuite bedrooms with king size beds. Open plan stairs into the loft bedroom. Quiet, small cul de sac lane. Parking for one car in front of cottage. One mile walk into central Bath and lovely local scenic country walks. Small park with children’s playground at the end of the lane, 30 seconds away. The Garden Flat is quiet, cosy and on its own at the end of the garden. It's private for you to come and go uninterrupted. It's well situated for Bath University, Prior Park and Monkton Combe. The city of Bath is a 20 min walk downhill but there are regular buses and the hop on and off Sight-Seeing bus stops too. Sit out in the kitchen garden space with fruit trees trained up the trellising and enjoy country walks on the doorstep. A local Co-op and a Deli are a short walk away in the village.

A peaceful cottage for independent living, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is a pretty hamlet and is ideally placed to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, the Jurassic Coast, Wells and Cheddar. My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends (ie: Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) between 1st May and 2nd January each year.
