Kate's Farm B&B 5 miles from Lyme Regis. Grade 2 listed farmhouse over 400 years old, a relaxing base from which to explore the Jurassic Coast. The Three Compasses Inn

A spacious twin-bedded room, up one flight of stairs, in The Three Compasses Inn recently refurbished to a high standard with en-suite Shower Room. Price is for the en-suite room only but a full English Breakfast is available upon request at £10pp. During the Summer months breakfast can be taken in our beautiful Courtyard Garden! If required, an extra bed for a child can be provided for £25 extra per night. We are situated in a quiet rural village location just 2 miles from Dorchester.

The perfect location for walking and cycling (lock-up available). Breakfast in the country kitchen or, on sunny days, in the courtyard leading to cottage garden.

The Florian. Ground floor Family Studio

This large ground floor room for 4 persons (plus infant under 2yrs in cot, free of charge), with en-suite bathroom, but not suitable for wheelchairs. This room will accept a dog, but only with prior agreement The room comes equipped with a kitchenette. Fridge-freezer, Microwave, Air Fryer, Toaster & kettle. (No Stove). Table & chairs During busy times there is a min of 2 nights but you can always ask if a single night is possible. Base price is for 3 persons.

Milton Farm

Milton Farm is situated in a very quiet Hamlet near East Knoyle and is surrounded by beautiful farmland and woodland. Ideally located to explore Bath, Salisbury, Shaftesbury and Bruton. Stourhead Gardens are 10 minutes away and Stonehenge is a short 20 minute dash up the A303. The Jurassic coast of Dorset is under 1 hour to the South. Some excellent local pubs offering fine Ales and food are within 3 miles, one of which is within walking distance.

Country King

At Hills Farm Stays, we have two Country King rooms, Hawkchurch and Seaton. Hawkchurch is located on our first floor and is accessible through external outdoor steps. Seaton is situated on the ground floor and has access to a small outdoor garden and patio area. These rooms both contain a king bed, using Egyptian cotton linen and an en-suite shower room.
