There is ample secure off street parking accessed down the private drive shared with the main house in an historic and rural setting in the curtilage of the old farm. The property enjoys underfloor heating throughout, triple glazing, air circulation/exchange system.and insulation up to the highest standards. There is one double bedroom with en suite wet room, one twin bedded room with separate bathroom and a sleeping area upstairs. There is no smoking allowed throughout the property. The property is a 10 minute walk from the bustling Whiteladies Road, Clifton and Durdham Down and 10 minutes from the thriving Gloucester Road and one mile from the city centre (Cabot Circus, Park Street and Harbourside). There are excellent bus services giving access to most of the city and a local train station which also links to the national rail network. The studio is a attached to a large house and guests are welcome to enjoy our gardens and swimming pool when not in use by our family. It sleeps 4 (1 double and 1 sofa bed in the same room). The Ndoro Cottage has been lovingly designed, to create a cozy 'home from home feeling'. The cottage has its own private, south facing garden which enjoys a peaceful location with stunning views. The woodlands and fields hold an abundance of wildlife and birdlife all of which can be viewed from the property - plenty of deer too!! Change over days are Mondays and Fridays. Enabling a 3 night weekend break, or a 4 night week break or a week at a time - Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday.
