Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large 3000 m2 lot. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to Canon Castle 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, etc.) is 30 minutes away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

It is located right next to all the shops (butcher, fishmonger, grocery store, bakery, restaurants…), a short walk from the museums and the castle of William the Conqueror and the aquatic center. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.

Our old bakery is part of our farmhouse. On the ground floor, it is equipped with an equipped kitchen and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, an attic bedroom has 3 separate beds. Outside, our guests have access to a private terrace with garden furniture. For breakfast, we offer bread made on the farm from cereals grown by us. Close to the greenway, walkers will appreciate this stopover.
