My place is close to beautiful hikes (MONT VALIER CASCADE D ARS, CIRQUE DE CAGATEILLE) mountain biking, biking, rafting, fishing, paragliding, caves and classified sites, Guzet ski resort... You will appreciate it for ITS CALM, NATURE AND ALL THE ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE MOUNTAINS. THE HOUSE IS LOCATED IN A SMALL EXTREMELY QUIET HAMLET 1.5 HOURS FROM TOULOUSE AND 5 MINUTES FROM OUST AND SEIX WHERE YOU WILL FIND ALL COMMERCIAL FACILITIES. This place is good for families (with kids) and big groups.

Welcome to Playras! Come and recharge your batteries in this tiny hamlet, a little piece of heaven perched at 1100 m altitude, facing south. Stunning views of the Spanish border chain. This hamlet is made up of about fifteen old barns, each more beautiful than the last, giving it an indefinable charm! The GR de Pays (Tour du Biros) passes in front of our house. In the village of Moulis , small house completely renovated in 2016, composed of a ground floor living room kitchen (attention, the kitchen is minimalist.... No oven, but a steamer) that overlooks a garden itself bordered by a river , on the first a double bedroom (a 140x190 bed) and a shower room and on the second two single beds (80 X 200).
