Huset ligger i samhället Råneå, byn där älven möter havet. 20 meter från huset är du ute på Råneträsket, 250 meter till skoterleden Malmens Väg som passerar poolcirkeln och vidare hela vägen till Gällivare. Stor garageuppfart med plats för två bilar med släpvagnar. 11 sängplatser och stor och rymlig bastu att värma upp sig i efter dagsutflykter.

Här bor du mitt i naturen samtidigt som du når Piteå centrum på 18 minuter med bil. Till E4:an har du endast 4 km och ca 25 minuter till Luleå. Bil rekommenderas.
