The house is not rented 6/21 - 8/15. Reservation opens 9 months before. Villa with fantastic location right on the beach & panoramic sea view. Nature plot with large wooden deck and seating/dining areas. Kitchen, dining area & living area in open plan. Secluded TV room (streaming only). 3 bedrooms with double beds. Loft with 4 beds (note danger: steep stairs). 2 bathrooms, one with sauna & washing machine. Private parking. Sheets, towel & WiFi included. Wood is not included Additional charge for stay less than 3 nights.

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. Enjoy nature outside. The house is located in the middle of a forest plot. Work out in the small but luxurious gym then relax in the bathtub or in the sauna. Get power. Kotten is a unique architect-designed residence for those who want to get away from stress and big city. Children must be over 9 years old. Here there is no must-see, only serenity. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar. From November 1, 2025, we will only accept 4 guests.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. We will do our best to make sure you have a pleasant experience in our forest house! Warm welcome! The house is close to nature and the sea. Saxtorpsskogens nature reserve can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. Järavallen's hiking area is few kilometres away. Saxtorpssjöarna with swimming opportunities is only 5 minutes away by car. Famous golf course is nearby. 30 minutes by car to both Malmö, Lund and Helsingborg. 10 minutes by car to Landskrona.

Nice house with garden

Bring the whole family to this amazing place with lots of room for fun. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 2 single beds. The bedrooms are upstairs and have no doors, but there are open rooms. The house is on our land. about 10 meters from our home but has its own terrace and garden. The house is within walking distance of Åstorp city center, from Åstorp city center you can get into Helsingborg by train in 20 minutes.
