Our authentic and at the same time modern vacation home ensures that you immediately get into the holiday atmosphere and yet also have all the comforts that are needed. For example, we have a Jacuzzi, large walk-in shower, AC, fireplace, fully equipped kitchen and so on. The bedroom has a king-size bed, and the sofa in the living room can be converted into a double bed. Outside, you can enjoy two terraces, a barbecue, a heated dining table, a lounge set, sunbeds, a hammock and a badminton court.

The surrounding forest and settlements have many possibilities, depending on how you would like to spend your time. Hiking, wine tasting or a sightseeing? It's up to you!

The apartment has a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a large bathroom, and a separate toilet. The apartment has wifi, cable TV, and air conditioning.

The property is a few minutes walk from all downtown tourist attractions. The modern apartment is for rent in the near of historical downtown of Pécs, few minutes walk from the city center (Széchenyi square), it is 48 m2 for 2-4 persons. All touristic spectacles are reachable by a short walk.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother. Free parking zone 200 meters from the apartment.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The house has a living room and kitchen in the lower part, and a bedroom and bathroom in the upper part. On the terrace there is a jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the forest. Use of the jacuzzi is charged extra.
