Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

"Casa Montana" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Casa Rio is located on the south bank of the river in the Oasis Rio Baja midway between the sea and the town. The bedrooms each have a queen with a eurofoam topper and a single. There is a lovely patio where you can enjoy a drink while watching the fish jump in the river. The wifi is fast. The Oasis Rio Baja is primarily a retirement community of elderly people. We want you to have a good time but please do not make excessive noise particularly in the evenings.
