Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Includes beach equipment; paddle board, surf board, kayak, and beach chairs. Located 5 min drive to fish market, close to all great restaurants, and nightlife that rocky point has to offer! Feel right at home in our spacious, newly completed end unit condo with a 5-6 minute walk to the beach! The complex is serene and quiet, allowing for your much needed comfort and relaxation. You can relax in the condo, enjoy either of the two pools or rooftop patio with the best view of the Sea of Cortez in all of Las Conchas. Since our unit is in the first, most forward facing building, the view from the huge patio is one of the best views in the entire complex and it's very private.

Spectacular oceanfront house, views and sunsets

"Casa Mar" is a unique Mexican style home with arched doorways, locally made floor tiles and woodwork throughout, and modern with all amenities. The ocean view upon entering the house takes your breath away. All three bedrooms have king- size beds and bathrooms with walk-in showers. The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Este es el escape perfecto a la playa para una pareja o una familia pequeña. Este espacioso depa está en la playa con un balcón privado y vista directa al mar. Cómodamente acomoda 2 personas, con una ocupancia maxima de 4 personas (2 personas dormirán en sofacamas individuales en la sala). Tiene una recamara con 1 cama Queen, una sala con vista al mar, con dos sofacamas, tv, mesa, sillas. OJO! Este depa NO tiene cocina; si tiene refrigerador, microondas y cafetera. No mascotas.

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! But if you’re less adventurous, ask me for options.

"Custó" house very close to the sea

Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), is brand new and has a central but quiet location. It has free access to the beach less than 200 steps away, as well as restaurants, cafes, and bars. No car is needed to enjoy the surroundings on foot. The house is completely new (2024) and ready to enjoy. The pool is now available! At the moment the pool does not have a heater :)
