This apartment does NOT have a kitchen; it does have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. No pets.

Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

The terraces offer seclusion for sunbathing and relaxing in the hot tub. Enjoy three outdoor dining areas including the rooftop. The lower terrace has a bar and king bed for a great afternoon siesta.

Brand new home in Isla Conchilla within Islas Del Mar, a new gated community just north of Puerto Penasco - just 10 minutes north of the Malecon. The community is home to 170 acres of lagoons and a Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. With five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms containing luxury linens and appointments, the home is designed for large groups. New in 2024: pool heating. We can turn the pool heater on for you for an additional nightly fee.

🌵Desert Haus Studio🌵

Desert Haus Studio is a comfortable loft with everything I like to have on hand when I travel. It has two queen beds, sleeps 4 comfortably, sleeps up to 5 people if you don't mind sharing the space, on the ground floor there is a futon. It has a kitchen and full bathroom. Access is independent and parking is large and secure. It is 2 km from the main Boulevard, which is the downtown area. It's in a safe and very quiet area.

A Piece of Paradise in Baja on a sailboat!!

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! But if you’re less adventurous, ask me for options.

"Custó" house very close to the sea

Casita "Custó" (Cousteau), is brand new and has a central but quiet location. It has free access to the beach less than 200 steps away, as well as restaurants, cafes, and bars. No car is needed to enjoy the surroundings on foot. The house is completely new (2024) and ready to enjoy. The pool is now available! At the moment the pool does not have a heater :)
