With a cosy loft bedroom in the main house, a romantic wood burning stove, a guest cabin located on the property and an outdoor hot tub, full kitchen surrounded by vaulted redwoods. It has everything to make your forrest retreat perfect. It's close to downtown Guerneville and many beautiful local attractions, nature trails and renown vineyards. It also has a big comfy couch and great Entertainment Center for those rainy days!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Caz Treehouse is a refuge nestled amongst the towering redwoods of West Sonoma. This unique cabin boasts two cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms but can accommodate six, perfect for a comfortable escape. A versatile flex space offers additional options, be it a reading/napping nook, yoga space, or lounge space. My renovated cabin is a perfect escape to the serenity of West Sonoma County any time of year, with its small towns and quaint main streets, rolling foothills of vineyards and redwood forests, and the Russian River flowing to the Pacific Ocean. Located just outside Occidental, not too far beyond lie Monte Rio Beach, Guerneville, Sebastopol, wineries, hiking, and the coast. While only 90 min from San Francisco, the cabin feels like a world away, making it an ideal place to unwind & disconnect.

This bold, eclectic 2000 sqft cabin provides a unique bohemian experience and a spacious calm retreat, ideal for multiple couples or families. The Black Sheep is nestled among the redwoods and perfectly situated for the Russian River (4min), wine tasting (8min), restaurants (10min), and the Armstrong Redwoods preserve. After a day spent floating on the river or tasting some of the best wines in the world, soak in the hot tub, BBQ, or watch a movie/karaoke/play games on the 12ft movie screen!

Historic Baker House available for the first time

As seen in Dwell, Turnbull's Baker House is a Sea Ranch classic Binker Barn resting on 2 acres of redwoods. While it was built in 1968, it's been updated to make sure you have everything you need for a private and relaxing stay: the separate office has monitors and 300+ Mbps internet, the kitchen is fully-equipped, and the garage has a level 2 EV charger and a Peloton. Enjoy the outdoors year-round from the hot tub or the Galanter & Jones heated furniture that overlooks the forest and ocean.

Close to wine tasting, fine dining and 3 state parks w/pass in historic Glen Ellen and Kenwood. Large always hot spa, fireplace, full kitchen, big TV, propane fire pit, screened in dining porch and 2 sets of french doors off the living room so you can enjoy nature or just curl up by the fire. Built in 1870, our cozy cottage is located behind one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. The charming and quaint studio cottage is nestled in the heart of downtown Petaluma and features a comfortable queen-sized bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area, and a bathroom. We are 3 blocks from the historic Downtown district, an easy walk to the riverfront restaurants and shops. If you prefer to stay in, you can dine on the patio under the willow tree. #PLVR-19-0017

Sonoma Berry Blossom Farm

Modern and spacious with glass enclosed porch, high ceilings and lots of French doors, skylights and windows. Close to town in the very nicest area within a mile of downtown, walkable, or bikeable with my cruiser bikes. You’ll love the views, the location, the goats, quail running around and delicious cafe next door. We just lost our mini horse 7/27 :( we had 16 years, sorry if you had planned on meeting him, it was a sad loss for us.

Our house sits atop the hill in Jenner and offers views of the Russian River just before it meets the Pacific. Surrounded by 4 acres and neighboring the Wildlands Conservancy, the property is calm, quiet, and a great place to take in the beauty of the Sonoma Coast.
