The 35 sqm two-room apartment was completed in January 2016, it is completely renovated and furnished to a high standard. It is located on the 3rd floor (but without elevator), where you have a beautiful view over the rooftops of Reutlingen. The famous Outlet City Metzingen is 10 km away. The spa Bad Urach with the thermal baths and waterfalls can be reached at 20km. The university town of Tübingen with the impressive district can be reached at 14km

Welcome to the modernly converted and lovingly furnished 41 m² large and bright flat in a quiet residential area in Kusterdingen. The non-smoking flat offers a spacious dining and kitchen area with fully equipped kitchen incl. dishwasher, a cosy bedroom with a large double bed (1.80 x 2m) and a sitting area with TV and Wi-Fi to relax. All rooms can be completely darkened. The bathroom is modernly furnished with shower, WC and washbasin.

We rent an apartment with a bathroom and toilet on the first floor of our house. The bedroom has a large double bed (2 × 2 m). There is also space for a children's travel bed. Adjacent is the bathroom with large shower and separate toilet. Next door is a large living room with a sofa bed as another sleeping option, TV and a cozy dining area. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine are also available.

The apartment is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Contactless check-in and check-out is no problem. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.
