Le duplex , cosy et décoré avec goût , est situé au 1er étage d'une maison arrière en plein coeur du quartier cosmopolite et animé du parvis de Saint-Gilles (commune très prisée). Emplacement idéal pour visiter Bruxelles , proche de la gare du Midi (2 arrêts de métro / 10 min à pied) et de transports (métro, tram, bus ) accessibles à deux pas. Commerces, restaurants, bars, salon-lavoir à proximité.

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.

Our fully renovated studio is located in a quiet and green area of Boistfort with shops and public transport within 150 meters. What makes our studio charming is its style as well as its direct access to the garden which is entirely privatized for the guests of our studio. We offer a 1.40 m double bed as well as a single sofa bed. The wifi connection is fast. The Sonian Forest is 200 meters from the studio.
