Furnished apartment with living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms on the 2nd floor in quiet area within the toll. Sleeps 4. Sleep 1 double bed, sleep 2 sofa beds. Walking distance to UIA. About 3 km from Kristiansand city center (7 min by car). Shared entrance, laundry room in basement with washer and dryer. Parking in the courtyard (in the ground, up in the yard, not in front of the garage). Suitable for quiet couple, small family with children. Housemen desirable. 15-20 minute walk to bus at UIA. Close to bathing area and playground.

Cozy cabin close to the river.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a toll booth at both ends. 100 m from bicycle route 3. Very fast internet. Outdoor room with fireplace can be borrowed upon request. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin. Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. You don't need a fishing license.

Inland Idyllic cabin

Cabin at Bjørndalsvatn. The address is Bjørndalen 12 in Evje municipality. Cozy cabin with electricity and water. The cabin is very sunny in quiet nice surroundings. The cabin contains living room, kitchen, bathroom, 3 bedrooms, hallway, great outdoor areas. There is also a gap you can sit in outdoors. Boat and fishing license are included. Good fishing and swimming facilities. It is close to Evje and Setesdal. Road all the way to the cabin. There are duvets and pillows, but bring bed linen and towels (can be rented if desired).

Either you have a place with the sea, or in the center. Here you get both! Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the pier edge makes it the closest to the sea of all apartments in the quadrature. 🌊 The apartment is located along the car-free promenade. 🏝 You can enjoy panoramic views of the city fjord, fortress and city beach. You look out at the Grønningen guy who meets the horizon out in the sea.🎣 You'll also look right over at the new outdoor pool of Aquarama. 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♀️🏊🏊‍♂️

Downtown. City life and nature close by. Free parking

Apartment on the 1st floor of the older house. Close to shopping and culture, as well as hiking trails and bathing water in Baneheia. Super central, yet quiet with little traffic. Free parking behind the house. Smart TV. Netflix + NRK but NO channels. Two large bedrooms. Two 90x200 beds and two 80x190 guest beds in one room. One 160 cm bed and one baby bed in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Small garden nook with bench and table. The host lives on the 2nd floor himself.

Sør-Norge - Finsland - In the middle of Everywhere

Hel leilighet i 2. etasje. Stor stue med kjøkkenkrok, romslig bad og soverom med dobbeltseng. Stille og naturskjønt. Et godt utgangspunkt for å oppleve Sørlandet med kun ca. 45 min. kjøretur til Kristiansand, Mandal og Evje. Dette er stedet å mellomlande, men også stedet å feriere! Under 1 times kjøring til Dyreparken. 15 minutter til Mandalselva kjent for sitt laksefiske. Mange andre flotte reisemål i nærområdet. Idyllisk feriehus med nydelig og sentral beliggenhet. Høy standard og god plass. med sengeplasser opp til 10 personer. Huset er pent og moderne innredet med et kjøkken som har alt. Gårdsrommet er virkelig en perle - med svært god plass til alle. Her finner du både pizzaovn, gassgrill, utepeis og flere komfortable sittegrupper. Flakk Gård is located in scenic surroundings by the Tovdalselva river. The apartment is totally newly renovated and is characterized by charm and tranquility. The place is good for couples, friends, families (with children), and groups. The bedrooms are arranged for two families on the trip, but are also great for a group of friends on a fishing trip. The Tovdalselva is a recognized salmon river, and large fish is taken both up and down the river.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
