Hytte i fantastiske naturområde

En helt unik perle af et lille charmerende hytte på ca. 19 m2 . Hytten ligger helt ugeneret, midt i et fantastisk naturområde , grænsende op til Odsherred Golfklubs baner (12 fairway ), Sommerland Sjælland Forlystelsespark, StreetFood 400 væk, Danmarks største pæle klatrebane. Ingen naboer i miles omkreds og man generes ikke af områdets mange muligheder. Her kan du/i virkelig finde ro og mange fantastiske naturoplevelser. Her er masser af vildt liv og gåstier. HUSK godt fodtøj til vandreture :).

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

A cozy living area is presented with a dark sofa bed positioned against a light wall. Natural light filters in through a window, illuminating a small table with decorative items. A colorful painting creates a focal point above the sofa, enhancing the relaxing ambiance.

.The decoration is Nordic style and the building consists of living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with dining area and direct access to 16m2 terrace equipped with garden furniture. it is suitable for two people. . The nearest village is only 7 km away with shopping options. we are a couple in the sixties living permanently with our Jack Russel in the adjacent building, ,and we will alw terrierays be available for any inquiries and immediate help.

Huset er beliggende idylisk og roligt 1.5 kilometer fra Rørvig havn hvor der er masser af liv og indkøbsmuligheder. Nyrenoveret Kalmar A-hus. Et super lækkert sommerhus til familien der skal på sommerferie eller en weekendtur ud af byen.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Hyggebo 250 m fra den skønneste badestrand

Super hyggeligt sommerhus beliggende 250m fra lækker børnevenlig sandstrand. Huset ligger i gåafstand til Nykøbing Sjælland hvor der ligger gode spisesteder og dagligvarebutikker. Huset har en dejlig ugeneret terrasse med grill, havemøbler, terrassevarmer og bålfad, til de skønne sommeraftener. Grunden ligger på en stille vej op til et lille stykke skov men med en pæn plan græsplæne til havespil. Der er 2 cykler til fri afbenyttelse og kun 6 km til hyggelige Rørvig.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

An open living area features a wooden dining table surrounded by woven chairs, complemented by a patterned rug. A cozy seating arrangement is visible to one side, while a staircase leads to a lofted space illuminated by natural light from arched windows.

Gæstehus på ugenert beliggenhed med sauna

Gæstehus på denne skønne beliggenhed tilbagetrukket fra veje og naboer kan naturen opleves på nærmeste hold med rigt fugle- og dyreliv, som har sin egen indgang, toilet/bad og sauna. Her er en renoveret bygning med synlige bjælker og hems som indbyder til rigtige hyggelige stunder med brændeovn. Gæstehuset ligger op ad den primære bolig hvor jeg selv bor, men privatlivet bliver respekteret. Der kan desværre ikke medtages hund.

Eskilstrup B&K og Høhotel

Vores hyggelige, lille landejendom i Eskilstrup ”City”, som består af 5 huse og 5 gårde. VI har en stor gammel have med masser af blomster både i bede og krukker – med flere hyggekroge og med god vilje – udsigt ud over Sidinge fjord. Denne lille charmerende lejlighed ligger for sig med egen indgang og toilet med brus. Lejligheden indeholder dobbeltseng, køleskab, bordovn, kogeplade, udendørs grill, TV, gratis WIFI, te og kaffe.

Beachouse with private beach

Charming timber beachhouse in the front row with a view over Sejrø Bay. 5 lovely bedrooms with views of nature and water, and a terrace with a view over the water/Sejrø Bay. Private child-friendly sandy beach, and spa/wilderness bath on the terrace. (Note that you can rent our additional house with 6 additional sleeping places, which is located right next door.)
