Close to M5 and A303, an easy drive to the West and South coastlines. Neighbours are important so we respectfully have a NO NOISE policy after 11pm. Set in a quiet village location,with local pub, mini supermarket and petrol station it is just minutes from the A303 and A37 and an ideal base to use, to tour this lovely part of England. We provide milk on arrival +tea & coffee.

The Wheelwrights Workshop

The Wheelwrights Workshop is located at the end of an old barn which has since been converted into this lovely self catering cottage that sleeps two. Please note currently we are offering this cottage at a reduced rate as outside the main door of the cottage there is another old barn which is yet to be converted and due to that there is a little clutter. Rest assured though once inside the cottage you will not notice it and the bedroom window has views of the Tor our only cottage that does.

Butleigh, Glastonbury nr Millfield Entire Annexe

This is a newly converted annexe with all modern fittings within a secure private drive on the edge of the stunning village Butleigh, 5 mins Millfield School and walking distance to centre of village, church, PO shop and cricket grounds. Close to Glastonbury and Street with fantastic walks and cycling in the area. It is open planned but Perfect for families as can sleep up to 3 children. Well behaved dogs considered max of 2 (pls check before booking your dogs will mix with ours!)

The Pavilion is a modern, purpose built holiday house in the quiet Somerset village of Yarlington. It has all the conveniences: Wood burning stove, underfloor heating, Washer & tumble dryer, Iron & ironing board, fast fibre optic broadband and a charging station for an electric or plug in hybrid car, but sadly the mobile phone signal is very poor. The house is next to the pub and a stones throw from the church. The Newt and Hauser Wirth Gallery in Bruton are within a 15 minute drive.

A tranquil garden space is set with a round wooden table surrounded by several chairs. Lush greenery and colorful flowers create a vibrant atmosphere, while a stone pathway leads towards the cottage. The residence features a mix of modern and rustic architecture.

Myrtle cottage is a modern, dedicated living space annexed to our 17th century thatched cottage. Pitney itself is a delightful small village situated above The Levels. There is a traditional pub serving real ales, local ciders and great home cooked food and the superb Pitney Farm shop offering organic meat and veg from the mixed farm & market garden. The area offers lovely walks directly from our garden up into the hills at High Ham or down on to The Levels and the river Carey.

A newly built stone house features a gabled roof with red tiles and multiple windows. The entrance is framed by a rounded archway, while a tranquil church tower is visible in the background, surrounded by clear blue sky.

The ancient town of Langport is under 2 miles away and Glastonbury, Wells and Taunton within easy reach.
