Kanalbyen is located by the sea on Odderøya, centrally located in Kristiansand, close to Kilden and Fiskebrygga. 5 min away from city center. In the area around Odderøya, there are fantastic rocks that are suitable for sunbathing, swimming and fishing. In the bay of Bendik you have lawns and sandy beaches. The whole island is a jogging paradise. Canal city pearls: Byfjorden, the beautiful forest terrain of Odderøya and the canal in the middle.

Cabin on Flekkerøy with lovely views to Oksøy. Sun from morning to evening, unobstructed outdoor area, fire pit and barbecue. Fireplace/wood stove for autumn/winter. Good play opportunities for kids with big lawns and small playground with 1 minute walking distance. Furnished, large and sunny porch/terrace on both sides. Nice, big hiking areas. Both worked up footpaths and the surrounding island trails. There is also a facilitated coastal path around parts of the island. 1 minute walk to swimming area with beach, rocks and great fishing opportunities.

Cozy spacious apartment with great sea view, 150 m from the beach and swab. Quiet location in a large house with 6 apartments at the bottom of the cul-de-sac with a large free area in front. Stairs down from the house to the hiking trail to the beach Sunny terrace, small garden spot and glazed garden room. The apartment is in a great location for those who want to stay close to the beach while being close to the city and attractions. The zoo is 12 minutes away. The same goes for Kvadraturen with shops and restaurants. Here you will thrive here!

Balcony on both sides and light in from 4 edges! ☀️☀️ Just 15 meters from the pier edge makes it the closest to the sea of all apartments in the quadrature. 🌊 The apartment is located along the car-free promenade. 🏝 You can enjoy panoramic views of the city fjord, fortress and city beach. Place perfectly located on Søm in Kristiansand, 10minut with a car to the city center, the zoo, Sørlandsparken, Kjevik and child-friendly beach on Hamresanden. there are also beaches on Søm 15-20minutes walk away. Everything is new spring-2022 The bus often goes right outside the home to easily get around. Big garden with table/chairs and lawn with evening sun after long days on the go. Great for couples or adult + children. I can help with shopping in advance if you do not arrive by car.

Sentral og koselig leilighet i gåavstand til det meste i Kristiansand. Leiligheten består av et romslig soverom med utgang til veranda, hyggelig stue med egen kjøkkendel, eget arbeidsrom og et praktisk bad med vaskemaskin. Med eget arbeidsrom egner leiligheten seg godt for langtidsleie. Det er dagligvarebutikk rett over gata og bakeri et par hundre meter unna. Fra verandaen er det nydelig utsikt over et gammelt villastrøk. Leiligheten ligger i tredje etasje. Metrobussene passerer her.

Three bedrooms, a loft, and an open living space. Outdoors, kids can enjoy the trampoline and play areas, while adults relax in the lounge or enjoy meals in the dining area. It’s the ideal base for exploring nearby beaches, woods, boat trips (ask about rental), Kristiansand, Dyreparken Zoo, Aquarama, etc.

Cozy townhouse over two floors. There is plenty of room for more families who want to vacation together or those who want plenty of space! 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, dining area both in living room and kitchen. We have 2 high chairs and a baby chair available. Sleeps 8 as well as two mattresses that can be put on the floor and a travel bed for children up to 2 years (we don't have a duvet for this one).
