This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils (cutlery, plate, glasses, etc.) There are 2 double beds, a single bed and a baby bed. We also have mattresses that are laid on the floor as well.

The home has a lot of nice hiking terrain nearby and good sun conditions from morning to evening.
