This studio room has a lot of fresh air. I was living in there during 17 years and never I´d need a A/C or cooler. Even during the summer. I like contemplation, reading a good book or just mixing a drink in my own roof top terrace or sleep the siesta surrounded of green vegetation and the amazing blue maya sky.
