Nice house of 105 m2 located in a green setting composed of a living/dining room and a separate and equipped kitchen both giving access directly to the terrace. The living room is equipped with a new sofa bed for 2 beds. You will find 2 bedrooms upstairs: the "blue" with 1 double bed and the "rose" with 2 single beds (pairing possible) with access to a balcony.
