Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Fantastic apartment located on the main floor of the House that was the Prince of Lampedusa, author of "Il Gattopardo". The fully restored apartment is located in the historical center of Palermo, surrounded by the major museums and theaters of the city. The entrance leads to the living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both rooms overlook the large terrace with pool. Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.
