The location is an ideal starting point for exploring the Karkonosze Mountains or using the nearby bike trails. Two bicycles are available to our guests, which definitely broaden the possibilities of exploring the area and moving around the city faster. The surrounding greenery and the garden where you can drink your morning coffee complete the atmosphere of the place

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which had the status of a health resort before the war. The house is in close proximity to the forest on an untamed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, birdsong, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly and the world is experienced more fully and attentively, then come to Wysoka Trawa.

Gdzieś na łące, miedzy Karkonoszami a Rudawami Janowickimi, stoi dom a w nim trzy niezależne apartamenty. Wokół szumią łąki i ćwierkają ptaki. Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

We invite you to apartment no. 3 in Karpniki in the atmospheric interior of the former mill. There is a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a kitchenette and a sofa bed for 2 more people. The view from the living room extends to Karpniki and the Karkonosze Mountains. The apartment has 1 parking space on the property. Please note that it is old building with wooden ceilings. That means you might hear the sounds from other apartments that are upstairs.

It consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet.
