Urban and Scenic

The house is 150 years old and recently completely renovated with a delicious mix of old charm and modern design. A peaceful place, with the river and nature just outside the living window, at the same time within 10 minutes walking distance to Eigersund city centre and 20 min to the train station. There is plenty of space in the living room for more than 5 guests and upon request and an addition to the price, two rooms +bathrooms in the basement can be disposed so that there will be 10 beds. Some details of the home remain once the photos were taken, but will be completed before hosting.

There are no restaurants here! Ballbinge, football field, disc golf and swimming area which is perfect for the kids. Salmon the river right by the house,and you can buy a fishing license digitally through Inatur. no Dagkort for fishing NOK 150. Nearby hikes, Brufjell, Roligheden, Osen, Kjerringhaka and damn's play table to mention a few.

This home is retro, it's like coming back to the 60s and 70s, but with all the modern amenities such as internet, TV, cooking and laundry facilities. All interior is recycled. The house is on 3 floors and therefore has a lot of stairs. This special place is located near the center with shops, food service and a gas station. Salmon river 100 meters, sea about 400 meters and golf course with 6 holes is 40 meters from the house. Lots of lovely hiking areas nearby. The house is on a farm with sheep, hens, cats and dogs. All house rented out as a holiday home.
