Welcome to sunny and idyllic "Knatten" An unobstructed architect-designed seaside cabin with lovely views of the Egelandsfjord with great fishing and swimming opportunities. The cabin is fully furnished and contains most of what you may need to have a wonderful stay incl. a Weber gas grill on the sunny terrace. 2 bedroom total sleeps 7 people+ (possibility of extra mattresses). Cozy annex with bedroom and master bedroom with double bed and loft bed in the cabin.

10 min from R9. 20 min from Vennesla. 30 min from Kristiansand and 45 min from Kristiansand Zoo. If GPS leads you onto a gravel road about 7 km from the cabin, you must find an alternative route. The road has a boom at both ends. 100m from bike route 3 Very fast internet. Swimming area in the river 50 m from the cabin . Many hiking trails. Rowboat can be borrowed from about April to about November. A lot of small fish in the river. No need for a fishing license.

The cabin is from 2018 and has stunning views of the archipelago and open sea. Here you wake up every morning to complete silence, except for the sound of waves from the rocks below the cabin windows There is throughout a high standard in the cabin with ceiling height of 5 meters and panoramic windows facing the sea gap. Around the entire cabin there are terraces with several seating areas in the summer months that ensure sun from morning to evening.

Modern cabin with idyllic location

Here you can enjoy peace and quiet. Sit on the terrace and enjoy the amazing nature and the view over the water. It's nice to walk in the area. In the summer there are a lot of berries in the woods. There is a short distance to the Mineral Park, go-kart track and only 20 minutes to Evje city center. There is a swimming beach nearby with a floating jetty and diving board. Boat for free use. Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

Welcome to idyllic Flekkerøy. Here are good sun conditions and bathing facilities. The house has a jetty and a platform that is well furnished. You will find a dining area, parasol and lounge furniture where you can enjoy the wonderful sunny days. It takes about 25 minutes to drive to the Zoo, 20 minutes to Kristiansand city center and 3 minutes to the grocery store. There are also public transport nearby.
