Modern house on a sea plot with private jetty, secluded location

You'll love my place because of the nature, the sun from morning to night, the tranquility, the sea, the giant windows. Enjoy the tranquility, the wildlife. The house is built to make you feel like you're in the middle of nature, but indoors. Feel free to take forest walks in the nearby area. To the house, you can take the motorboat with a 4 hp rowing boat, which is included, as it is about 500m forest walk through the forest from the parking lot. In winter, you walk through the forest if the boat is not in the water.

Skogsstugan is located at Hållsvikens Gård, close to the sea with access to the beach. About 5 min drive from Bergs Gård and about 2 km walking/MTB biking through the forest. A stay in peace and quiet. We are very keen for a calm and pleasant atmosphere in our places.
