The house is 250 sqm and has five bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Large hot tub for 7 people (heated in winter), wood-fired sauna on the dock, electric sauna indoors. When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. Perfect for a luxurious spa weekend or a creative meeting with colleagues at the company.

Then we have Runstensparken with its flea market stand in walking distance from the house. Adelsö store which is a grocery store is open weekdays at 10am-7pm and weekends at 10-15.

Our hideaway in Sund outside Trosa is peaceful and completely out of sight on a hill overlooking the lake Sillen. You will find three patios at different levels facing south. Below the house there is a place for swimming and fishing. The dock is shared with five other houses and there is also a swimming pool belonging to the association a walk away that are open during summertime. For the curious, look at Instagra m; PipershouseSweden. There are often dogs in the house so you will see dog beds.🌸

Summerparadise with pool

Welcome to our summer paradise close to the picturesque town of Trosa. Our house is comfortable with all the amenities needed for the most relaxing summer holiday with family or friends. The highlight of the house is the pool, it’s heated by a roof that acts as a sort of greenhouse. We have water temperatures around 26-29 Celsius in july/august and slightly below that in early/late summer. Perfect for long days in the water with friends/family/lots of kids.

The house is built in 1906 and has the main part of the epoch's amazing expression left in shape of stucco and old tiled stoves. The surfaces of the house are out of the ordinary and there is a place for everyone.
