It's all yours . Very Secluded .Country setting with views. Beautiful sunsets. Great for star gazing. WONDERFUL for a get away. No Cleaning deposit Tiny House. This house is 400 sq. feet. Very easy to be in. Our house sits in front of the Tiny house. Parking is in front of house. We live in a very rule area. We are a little over an hour from Yosemite. We set between two lakes Lake Don Pedro and Lake Mcclure. We have neighbors but not close There is a market close by and a Dollar General .

This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (80 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Charming guesthouse in the best location in Merced. Safe and quiet acre home area close to the UC and the lake. Recently renovated this cute vintage inspired cottage has everything you need to relax and cook a great dinner at home. There is a little outdoor seating area to unwind at night and it is very quiet and peaceful. All new appliances and renovation make this little cottage super clean. This is a NO smoking property. There is no smoking on premise. We do not accept local stays.

This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.
