Welcome to our modern 7-bedroom villa, a haven of comfort and tranquility near the enchanting Snagov Forest. The Rose Farm, accommodation & event venue

Our garden is easily accessed from National Road 1(DN1) in Ciolpani. The pool is 6x3x1,5 meters, the big gazebo has 110 square meters and can accomodate up to 64 persons at chairs and tables leaving enough room for dancing and placing the food inside in case of bad weather. Price listed here is for accommodation of max small parties up to max 20 people including accommodation of up to 8 persons. For larger parties please send info on no of persons as a request. Parties must end at 12 at night.

the house offers very friendly surroundings such as Vlad Tepes Monastery in the center of Lake Snagov(located at a 5 minute walk), forest walks (Snagov Forest, located at 10 min walk), boat or other nautical equipment rentals near by, barbeque in your own garden and sun bathing during the day. At a 5-10 minute walk you can also find small food markets with a prenotice we can shop for you. The house is located in an exclusive area, only a few neighbours arround so privacy is the key word.

Casa Pelicanilor is located next to the Snagov forest near the exit of the A3 highway, we have a lake in the yard and a micro farm, it is 15 minutes from Otopeni airport, 33 km from Bucharest, 15 minutes away we have Edeland park and Therme Bucharest! Dracula's Castle in Transylvania is a 2.5-hour drive away! On Lake Snagov it is possible to take a boat ride on the lake or kayak! The house has 3 rooms with 2 double beds and 3 single beds! Guest house

The garden house is built by us personally, for guests. It consists of one bedroom with a bar/office area and a bathroom. We also have a traditional ciubar with a stove and sea salt water prepared by the balaceala available between September and May with 24hr notice and for a fee of 150RON. The cottage is isolated from the big house, has privacy and its own outdoor relaxation area when the weather allows. It is the ideal location to stay overnight after an event in the area!
