Cozy and quiet top-floor apartment just a 10-minute walk from the ski lift, 5 min to the next supermarket, cafés and restaurants. There is a decorative fireplace, a work desk and reliable WiFi connection (75mb/s). The apartment features a washing machine, dishwasher and a rooftop window in the bedroom (you can watch the stars at night). There is a big balcony with a mountain view. The building also faces a courtyard and you won't hear any car sounds at night :) There is an elevator.

The place has been fully renovated and refurbished in July 2022 with all of the amenities one can wish for, be it for holiday or remote work stays. It is located in a quiet corner of Bansko while being within a few hundred meters of the bustling gondola area and hike starting points up Pirin mountain.

It is located in the center of the municipal district of Vyronia of the municipality of Sintiki, on the main road. At the entrance of the house, we can find photographic material with the flora, fauna and history of the area.
